Exchanges & Returns

We want you to be delighted with your mattress, and usually folks pick the right one for them on their first attempt, but we know that every once ​in a great while it can take a couple of tries to find the best fit. With our 100 Night Comfort Guarantee, we’ll work with you to find the right adjustment/mattress

Eligibility for Exchange: Your exchange, as outlined below for customizable and non-customizable mattresses, can be initiated beginning 21 days after you have received your mattress and slept on it to make sure you’ve given it enough time for your body to adjust, but no more than 100 days after your mattress arrives.

Protector Requirement: To be eligible for an exchange, you must also purchase one of our mattress protectors to help ensure the bed is unsoiled and free from damage.

Foundation Requirement: To be eligible for an exchange and our mattress warranty, you must also purchase a new foundation (e.g. box spring, adjustable base, steel platform) to help ensure both you and your mattress have proper support.

For Customizable Mattresses (with a zipper):

  • Exchange: There is a one-time exchange for one 3" comfort layer of foam/latex of the same size and equal value when your mattress was purchased at the regular everyday low price.
  • Price Adjustment: If you choose a 3" comfort layer of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
  • No Refunds: There are refunds if you opt for a 3" comfort layer of lesser value.
  • Exchange Requirement: The original foam/latex that is being exchanged must be returned by the consumer at their cost, in an undamaged and unsoiled condition.

For Non-Customizable Mattresses (without a zipper):

  • Exchange: There is a one-time exchange for one mattress of the same size and equal value when your mattress was purchased at the regular everyday low price.
  • Price Adjustment: If you choose a mattress of greater value, you will be required to pay the price difference.
  • No Refunds: There are no refunds if you opt for a mattress of lesser value.
  • Delivery/Shipping Fee: For all mattresses, there is a re-delivery/shipping fee of $199 for addresses within a 15-mile radius of our store if you'd like us to bring your selection for exchange to your residence. For locations outside of the 15-mile range, a delivery/shipping fee will be calculated by Rested Pillow based on the additional distance.

Exclusions: Closeouts, floor models, clearance items, special orders, wanting a different size, custom/odd sizes are NOT eligible for exchange. In the highly unlikely event there is a defect with the mattress, it will be handled under its applicable warranty at Rested Pillow's discretion.

Disposal: Rested Pillow is not liable for old mattress(es) and foundation(s) we picked up and disposed of at your request. If you would like to initiate an exchange, please contact us via email at hello@restedpillow.com or call the shop at (269) 982-1188.

Returns on Mattresses:

Exchange Only: Mattresses can only be exchanged one time as outlined in the 100 Night Comfort Guarantee or a valid claim can be filed under warranty in the highly unlikely event there's an issue with the mattress. They cannot be returned for a refund.

All Other Products:

Final Sale: Sales are final for all other products. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us so we can work together on finding a potential solution.
